Para poder ejecutar Jekyll en Local he seguido este tutorial.

Básicamente es irnos al directorio donde tengamos nuestras fuentes y ejecutar:

cd /path/to/myweb
$ bundle exec jekyll serve
# Then point your browser to:
# http://localhost:4000/
